I'm in University.
The biggest thing that you need to know; the best advice that I can give you is simply about what you choose.
What you're doing in high school, if you don't apply yourself- what you do when you read a wikipedia article (it's about the same thing, actually. Think about it and you'll find I'm right.) That's learning about a subject. That's thinking something is 'cool'. You hear it, you think it's interesting, and you want to Wiki it.
If that's how you feel about your program, do not go in to it. I repeat- DO NOT GO IN TO THAT PROGRAM. You are wasting your time, and your money, and your mind. You need to find something that you are actually willing to study for. Something that, in your spare time, you will be willing to actually put aside your favorite hobbies (whatever they may be) and read a course text, or do an essay. That means sitting blankly in front of a computer and writing something that nobody gives a shit about simply so that you can pass.
Don't find a program you want to learn; find a program you want to study. Find something that actually means more to you than the content of a wikipedia page.
That's the best advice I can give you.
